These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ThinkProfiler assessment and any reports generated through the service. By using ThinkProfiler, you agree to these Terms.
ThinkProfiler is a self‑reflection and cognitive assessment tool designed to help users understand their information‑processing preferences. It is intended for personal insight and individual development. ThinkProfiler is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnostic instrument and does not identify or evaluate disorders, conditions, or impairments.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ThinkProfiler.
By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The information provided by ThinkProfiler:
is not clinical advice
is not psychological or medical guidance
should not be used as a standalone selection instrument or decisive factor for employment, promotion, or termination decisions;
should not be used to make decisions with legal, financial, medical, or psychological consequences
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use your results.
By using ThinkProfiler, you agree that you will:
provide accurate information
use the service for personal insight, or as part of a personal coaching or development program
not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the assessment or generated reports
not use the service in any unlawful or harmful manner
All content, including assessment items, scoring logic, report text, and visual design, is the intellectual property of ThinkProfiler. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
However, you are fully permitted to share your generated individual report with third parties—including friends, family, partners, or personal coaches—for the purpose of personal reflection, discussion, or development, provided the document remains unaltered and includes all original disclaimers and branding.
ThinkProfiler is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
The developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ThinkProfiler is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on the generated report.
You use the service entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
Your use of ThinkProfiler is also governed by the ThinkProfiler Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights under the GDPR. You can access the Privacy Policy at any time on the ThinkProfiler website.
These Terms may be updated periodically.
The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Dutch law.
